Requirements:

• 7+ years of work experience in business development and strategy.
• Experience with enterprise sales and large quota attainment in the education sector.
• Previous experience working with non-profit or government grants and funding is a plus.
• Self-starter with experience actively building a 0 to 1 sales motion.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build a 0 to 1 sales motion and strategy for a new curriculum & assessment offering.
• Lead and execute a new education sales strategy for Brightwheel.
• Align leadership to a recommendation and vision, driving the business to achieve that vision.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by building relationships and strategic outreach.
• Win six to seven figure contracts through complex sales processes.
