• Meticulous white-glove service experience with an investor-first orientation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and outreach based on analysis.
• Experience in meeting and exceeding performance indicators.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-growth environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for engaging with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Educate investors on Yieldstreet’s investment strategy and offerings.
• Utilize consultative selling to understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships through exceptional service.
• Engage with existing clients regularly to identify new growth opportunities.
• Attend events to meet private clients, requiring some travel.
