Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of modern web development technologies (Java with Spring preferred, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience measuring and improving the performance of distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of web services and SaaS applications.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (preferably Amazon Web Services).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and multiple database technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, Neo4J, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with modern DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ELK stack).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work out the technical scope of cross-team software projects based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to design robust and performant solutions.
• Analyze existing systems for performance improvements.
• Document design decisions in Architecture Decision Records.
• Review the implementation of technical plans and prepare deployment plans.
• Work with engineering teams to push solutions to production effectively.
• Coordinate with Product Management to prioritize and deliver developments.
• Collaborate with the SRE team to troubleshoot issues and enhance product observability.
