  • Understand customer pain points related to global hiring and highlight Oyster's differentiators.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to convert leads into new business.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to targeted companies.
  • Maintain a solid sales pipeline to meet growth plans.
  • Close deals effectively while ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the extended sales team to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Utilize Salesforce for revenue forecasting, customer records, and activity tracking.
