Requirements:

• 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, particularly in Sales & Service Cloud.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI, Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with data sources, APIs, and integration tools for data management.
• Experience with data management and governance best practices.
• Detailed understanding of Salesforce module development and integration.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related fields.
• Ability to work within a virtual global team and contribute to project delivery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments for testing and training.
• Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Lead projects as the primary point of contact for clients and Project Managers.
• Provide technical support and training, explaining Generative AI fundamentals.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features.
