Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation.
• Proven ability to lead small teams of animators on complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3D workflows, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Deep knowledge of various video & audio formats.
• Thorough understanding of project management and motion production workflows.
• Strong motion reel or portfolio demonstrating abilities as an animator and video editor.
• Outlook that embraces challenges and new methods of thinking.
• Friendly and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Design and Creative teams to ensure motion projects exceed client expectations.
• Delegate tasks and provide oversight to other motion designers on complex projects.
• Produce top-quality work using animation, editing, and post-production tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Respond to client and creative feedback with thoughtful solutions.
• Become proficient in Hook's tools and workflows.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to maintain project cohesion.
• Seek opportunities to enrich the existing culture within the department.
