Requirements:

• Master's degree (in progress or recently completed) or Bachelor's degree (recently completed) in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities.
• Experience in writing and developing ESG reports or sustainability-related content.
• Passion for storytelling and transforming ESG data into compelling narratives.
• Excellent writing and content strategy skills.
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles, particularly in sustainability, social impact, and SDGs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and work collaboratively.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the ESG journey.

Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging ESG content, including reports, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the ESG team to develop storytelling formats that translate complex ESG data.
• Use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign to create visual content.
• Assist in developing creative assets for communication focusing on ESG initiatives.
• Research emerging trends in sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Ensure content meets specific stakeholder needs and resonates with diverse audiences.
• Develop reports and presentations that align with ESG reporting frameworks like GRI, SASB, and CSRD.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for consistent messaging.
• Monitor content for alignment with the latest ESG standards and trends.
