Requirements:

• 5 or more years of proven leadership in technology teams and delivering complex projects.
• 10 or more years of technical expertise in software development, architecture, and technology stack selection.
• 5 or more years in a strategic role demonstrating ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with U.S. Federal Government procurement processes and knowledge of government contracts.
• Direct leadership experience managing diverse customers and teams.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Prior startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the executive team to shape the long-term technology strategy, aligning it with IP goals and potential market expansion.
• Lead and participate in capture efforts for current projects, enhancing competitiveness with your technical expertise.
• Recruit and assemble a dynamic technical team to execute projects and foster in-house innovation.
• Provide thought leadership during relationship-building, proposal development, and capture efforts.
• Lead and advise multi-company capture teams on teaming, solution development, staffing, and pricing.
