Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture Business, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Science or Business or related field.
  • Experience in rotational/regenerative grazing, regenerative agriculture or agricultural sustainability.
  • Agri-sales experience and background.
  • Experience with rotational managed grazing and regenerative grazing methods.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak season.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the outside sales partner program strategy.
  • Identify and recruit new outside sales partners and dealers.
  • Deliver hands-on training programs for partners and dealers.
  • Conduct on-site visits and attend events to promote Powerflex.
  • Track and monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with outside sales partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide resources.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
