Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture Business, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture Science or Business or related field.
- Experience in rotational/regenerative grazing, regenerative agriculture or agricultural sustainability.
- Agri-sales experience and background.
- Experience with rotational managed grazing and regenerative grazing methods.
- Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak season.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the outside sales partner program strategy.
- Identify and recruit new outside sales partners and dealers.
- Deliver hands-on training programs for partners and dealers.
- Conduct on-site visits and attend events to promote Powerflex.
- Track and monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback.
- Build strong relationships with outside sales partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide resources.
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
