Responsibilities:

- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions.
- Validate and verify that proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their perspectives and concerns are addressed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and user requirements.
