Requirements:

• Admin certification, ideally in sales and service cloud.
• Preferred qualifications include industry cloud experience.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• A total of 5 years experience in the industry required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and business partners to gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Perform data analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities; create reports and visualizations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions.
• Validate and verify that proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their perspectives and concerns are addressed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and user requirements.
