Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 2 years' experience (or 5 years in the edi financial field), strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, ability to obtain security clearance
- Experience with federal government or dept
- Of veterans' affairs is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide first level of support for edi transaction and system failures, monitor and troubleshoot edi transactions, communicate with customers and vendors, perform application monitoring, provide incident and edi volume reports, coordinate activities for production support operations.

🔍 Healthcare
- 3+ years experience as an EDI analyst, business analyst, or client/payer-side experience in healthcare revenue cycle management software.
- Strong knowledge of EDI protocols and standards, specifically 270/271 and 837/835 healthcare transactions.
- Proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, HL7) and EDI mapping tools.
- Experience with business processes and workflows related to healthcare reimbursement.
- Good knowledge in using Salesforce, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft 365 applications, and great proficiency in Excel.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, including scrum and Kanban.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to resolve errors promptly.
- Maintain and grow direct connections with product and technology teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on EDI issues.
- Ensure EDI transactions comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate EDI connectivity issues with stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities with IT, operations, and business teams.
- Develop and maintain EDI documentation, including companion guides and payer lists.
- Host external working sessions with trading partners, vendors, and clients.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI processes.
- Support automation and AI technologies.
