Requirements:

• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, agile project delivery, or consulting.
• A deep understanding of and hands-on experience with multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools.
• Excellent listening skills, executive presence, and an ability to lead with empathy.
• Solid understanding of budget & contract management.
• Technical understanding with a solid track record supporting customer data & analytics and cloud partner ecosystems, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, complex delivery projects on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on role.
• Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation and facilitating backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations.
• Advocate for change, leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments.
• Serve as the pivot between business & technical teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, approaches, and outcomes.
• Be the first escalation point for team & client stakeholder concerns, and prepare & deliver client presentations.
