Requirements:

• Love for building and technical challenges.
• A passion for technology and a desire to constantly learn and improve.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and working in all phases of the SDLC.
• Ability to handle a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with core tech stack (Typescript/C#).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar major (nice to have).
• 4+ years of experience building software professionally (nice to have).

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, develop, and ship applications/features.
• Define and improve SDLC processes and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality.
• Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies/patterns to maximize development efficiency.
• Shape engineering and company culture.
• Scale the company through leadership and team building.
