Requirements:
- 5-10 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts.
- 5+ years experience selling software to Fortune 500 companies.
- Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce).
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Manager, focused on winning new business in existing accounts, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships.
- Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations, DocuSign AEs, IronClad AEs, and Amazon AEs to expand across business units and offerings.
- Be a leader and 'quarterback' with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates for high satisfaction and brand growth.
- Own the entire sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close, and account care.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to take advantage of new market opportunities.
- Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience.
