Requirements:

• Demonstrated capability in triaging and supporting applications with microservice architecture.
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Technologies including C#, .NET, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Experience in debugging applications built with C#, .NET, Web API, and .NET Core.
• Experience with REST Web Services/APIs and third-party integrations using JSON/XML.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical subjects to varied stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure components like Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB, ELK, Kibana preferred.
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and contribute independently.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring both production and pre-production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for application issues.
• Comfortable tracking failures using browser network tabs, AWS Console, ELK, and local debugger.
