Requirements:

• 8+ implementations experience of Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad or DocuSign.
• 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms.
• 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery and software development.
• Expert at project delivery and SDLC.
• Experience managing technology and product departments with program management processes.
• Experience building project and program teams for success.
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and negotiating contracts.
• Expert business operations experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a 'thought leader' for customers.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
• Manage team and day-to-day relationships for exceptional performance.
• Drive innovation in solution delivery and reusable assets.
• Provide executive level business consulting and pre-sales support.
• Advise customers on solution trade-offs for cost/benefit analysis.
• Contribute at a leadership level and be an advocate for the brand.
• Acquire and maintain DocuSign certifications.
• Travel for customer projects and company events.
• Promote a culture of success and fun in the DocuSign community.
