Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on issues within the criminal justice and racial justice fields.
• Draft communications, memos, and presentations as needed.
• Assist the Legal Operations team with department-wide initiatives, trainings, and compliance.
• Support the Trone Center and its Director with additional tasks as assigned.
• Incorporate principles of equity, inclusion, and belonging in all work.
