Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, with a world-class portfolio demonstrating delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
• Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of exceptional products.
• Preference for candidates with experience in short-term rental or Airbnb hosting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
• Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember.
