• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS coding for email templates.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset to analyze and interpret email performance metrics.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
