Requirements:

• Hold relevant industry qualifications.
• Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in fault finding and problem-solving.
• Possess a full, clean UK driving license.
• Be flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and identify and resolve system faults.
• Carry out small system modifications and upgrades as required.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
