Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methods, including survey design, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
• Experience with qualitative research methods and data collection techniques.
• A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing human behavioral data.
• Ability to collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work within tight timelines.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and compellingly.
• An advanced degree in HCI, market research, human factors, psychology, or a related field, or a BA/BS with significant industry experience.
• Enterprise and technology industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drive research and UX practices that ensure diversity, equity and inclusion in product making decisions.
• Build and execute impactful research plans that provide broad market views and deep customer insights.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights.
• Continuously inform the engineering roadmap using customer data.
• Identify customer gaps, pain points, and delighters.
• Interpret quantitative findings and draw actionable insights.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to scope research strategy.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with customers.
• Execute research methodologies and data analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Effectively communicate research insights and opportunities.
