Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methods, including survey design and statistical analysis.
• Experience with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
• A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on research and/or product planning experience.
• 6+ years of experience collecting and analyzing human behavioral data.
• Experience generating research plans and conducting thorough data analysis.
• Advanced degree in HCI, market research, human factors, psychology, or a related field, or BA/BS with significant industry experience.
• Enterprise and technology industry experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive research and UX practices that ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in product decisions.
• Build and execute impactful research plans to provide market views and customer insights.
• Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collect and analyze quantitative data using statistical methods.
• Inform an engineering roadmap using customer data, identifying gaps and pain points.
• Interpret quantitative findings to draw actionable insights.
• Work closely with teams to scope research strategies throughout the product life cycle.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with customers.
• Communicate research insights effectively.
