Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a related field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or Urban Planning required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in technical support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills.
• Proficient with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile, and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance in the planning, design, and implementation of projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and documentation in compliance with internal and client guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure all project activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Support the coordination and management of project tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input and provide project updates.
• Participate in risk assessment activities to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
