Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required.
• Certification and training in proposal management and writing.
• Minimum of 10 years of proposal writing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing proposals.
• Exceptional schedule management and task-tracking abilities.
• Strong writing, critical thinking, and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of interviewing subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office and relevant databases.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all proposal activities, managing personnel and schedules.
• Develop outlines and compliance matrices.
• Ensure content is consistent and completes within timeframes.
• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFI phases, update statuses, and analyze requirements.
• Coordinate the submission of questions, develop strategies, and direct team members.
• Create proposal templates and prepare kickoff meetings.
• Write original content and develop compelling proposals.
• Conduct color reviews, ensure compliance, and document lessons learned.
