Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a related field required (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical support, project coordination, or a related role.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom).
• Expertise with PCs, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile (or other online platforms).
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance in the planning, design, and implementation of projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and documentation in compliance with internal and client guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and other specialists.
• Ensure all project activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Support the coordination and management of project tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations, to gather input and provide updates.
• Participate in risk assessment activities to develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
