Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Deep expertise with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience building APIs to support mobile apps, web UIs, and data ingestion applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and building the services that drive our coaching platform.
• Analyzing and improving the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Writing robust code with automated tests to demonstrate its robustness.
• Collaborating with Product, Frontend, Data Engineering, and QA teams to respond effectively to business needs.
