Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or economics.
• 4-6 years of experience in consulting for SAP implementation and maintenance projects (ECC/S4 HANA).
• In-depth knowledge of functional areas of SAP S/4 HANA, integration logic, and application development.
• Skills in Project Management and Demand Management, with experience in project management tools.
• Excellent relational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in complex and international environments.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for international project support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Act as a facilitator between business areas and the IT team, gathering requirements and monitoring system developments.
• Conduct gap analysis and review internal processes to propose targeted SAP solutions.
• Organize and plan progress meetings with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Supervise integration activities with legacy systems and manage data migration.
• Plan and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and handle post-go-live support (Hypercare).
• Prepare reports and updates for clients, ensuring full transparency on project progress.
