Staff Frontend Engineer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in frontend engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js with deep understanding of Typescript.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript build tools and frameworks like Webpack and Babel.
• Extensive experience in writing scalable and maintainable CSS/SCSS.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
• Proven experience in optimizing web applications for performance and accessibility.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced frontend features for web applications ensuring high performance.
• Architect and build reusable components and libraries that adhere to coding and design best practices.
• Ensure UI/UX technical feasibility by collaborating with the design team for intuitive user experiences.

• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts for seamless integration.
• Mentor junior frontend engineers, providing advice, reviews, and best practices.
• Stay updated on frontend development trends and improve the team's technical direction.
