Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience managing compliance with data privacy principles.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and develop compliance strategies.
• Ability to articulate data privacy requirements to various audiences.
• Experience analyzing legal and technical documents related to data protection.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary data privacy and compliance expert for CMT’s EU subsidiaries.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to integrate data privacy into business processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures for compliance with EU laws like GDPR.
• Ensure effective processes for handling data subject requests.
• Maintain accurate records of processing activities and third-party agreements.
• Conduct risk assessments and support compliance audits.
• Develop and deliver data privacy training programs.
• Assist the Incident Response Team with privacy incidents.
• Oversee the company’s customer-facing trust portal.
