Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in QA, including 7+ years in test automation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and diverse tech stacks.
• Ability to design and build test automation infrastructure from scratch for various applications.
• Experience in DevOps practices and configuration management.
• Knowledge of AI and ML technologies with hands-on experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
• Understanding of startup environments and adaptability to changes.
• Experience in team development, feedback, hiring, and growth facilitation.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and promoting healthy team dynamics.
• Hands-on leader willing to contribute by writing code.
• Developer relations (DevRel) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and mentor an exceptional QA team, focusing on engagement, performance, and growth. Conduct regular 1-on-1s.
• Refine, tweak and extend existing QA infrastructure for multiple AI products.
• Generate ideas to adapt the tech stack for high-quality testing processes.
• Evaluate the performance of LLMs.
• Maintain virtual testing environments across multiple programming languages.
• Automate testing processes and conduct manual testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for quality alignment.
• Engage with users to collect feedback and improve the product.
• Explore new opportunities for product improvement in AI-driven QA tools.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance QA processes.
• Provide insights into QA methodologies and offer team guidance.
• Stay updated with trends in QA practices and AI.
