Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in technology, development, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Developer, focusing on Salesforce or cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions, including custom objects, workflows, Apex development, and integrations.
  • Experience gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and working directly with clients in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience with API and ETL integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, quickly assessing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Experience working with Salesforce ISV or OEM partners is highly preferred.
  • Advanced level in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for customers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and our Salesforce-based product.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our Salesforce-based application, including configurations, integrations, and customizations, to support clients effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and follow Salesforce best practices.
  • Design and oversee custom feature development and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring compatibility with our Salesforce-based product.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementations and custom projects, addressing technical concerns and blockers.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices in design, customization, and performance optimization to future-proof implementations.
  • Address escalated technical issues during onboarding and implementation, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Create detailed solution design documentation, technical specifications, and contribute to internal and customer training materials.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions, influencing the product roadmap and future enhancements.
