Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Writer in film or television production.
• Experience in the romance genre in various media.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Creative vision with the ability to implement feedback.
• Knowledge of the film, television, and romance industries, including trends and tropes.
• Master's degree in film, creative writing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience required.
• Submission of at least 3 writing samples, including 1 romance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with writers, directors, and creative teams to develop storylines, characters, and themes for the series.
• Provide feedback throughout the production process to ensure the artistic vision is maintained.
• Write 1 ReelShort or interactive live action every 4 weeks.
• Attend regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions, and support a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure that episodes meet quality standards and adhere to brand standards.
