Requirements:

• Current Food Hygiene Certificate held.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of working in a catering environment.
• Ability to prepare good quality food for 100 people.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised.
• Recognised additional qualification in catering or proven track record in catering.
• Ability to be part of a wider team including volunteers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the operational effectiveness of the catering department.
• Perform routine galley duties.
• Prepare food for approximately 100 people.
• Work during evenings and weekends as determined by the training program.
