- 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS selling environment, preferably at an APM, Monitoring, or Log Management SaaS provider.
- Experience managing full sales cycles targeting engineering teams with a land-and-expand pattern.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle from selling relevant software products.
- Experience managing sales requiring technical integration prior to purchase.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills.
- Articulate the Honeycomb product value proposition and tailor ROI messages to customer use cases.
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities within mid-market and large accounts.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos while focusing on business pain and ROI.
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction and contact networks.
- Provide accurate forecasts and visibility on sales performance by managing the opportunity pipeline.
- Leverage internal teams for efficient sales cycle navigation.
