• Prior experience as an Appointment Setter or in telemarketing/sales.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities:

• Talking with homeowners.
• Talking with real estate agents.
• Working with team members.
• Gathering paperwork from homeowners.
• Data entry.
• Assisting the department with any additional tasks.
