Requirements:

• Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role.
• 3+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or comparable.
• Experience with strategic planning and implementation of complex accounts.
• Preferred: BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field.
• Professional insurance designations (CPCU, ARM, CEBS) are preferred.
• Experience working with agency management systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities:

• Works with Producer and/or Account Executives to create customized service plans for clients.
• Builds relationships through effective communication via various channels.
• Analyzes risk and coverage, overseeing changes and ensuring accurate client portals.
• Collaborates with service teams to enhance client service experience.
• Manage account activities and resolve client issues.
• Communicates coverage options and negotiates terms with underwriters.
