Experience in leading projects/teams, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, experience working on pre-sales and discovery stages, experience working with sow, capable of managing fixed price/distributed teams projects, building successful partnerships with customers, proficient in people development, conflict mitigation and resolution, willingness to learn, strong self-organizing abilities, advanced english level, at least basic level of technical knowledge
