Requirements:

• Total Work Experience: Minimum Required: 4-6 years, Preferred: 7-9 years.
• Work Experience in This Field: Minimum Required: 1-3 years, Preferred: 4-6 years.
• Work Experience in Insurance Companies: Minimum Required: 5 years (P&C preferred, Life acceptable).
• English Proficiency: Minimum Required: Intermediate, Preferred: Fluent.
• Required Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Branches of Study: Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering; Finance degree a plus.
• Skills: Advanced Financial Modeling, Intermediate SQL (SAS, MySQL, Microsoft Access), Advanced Excel, Intermediate Power BI; SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical insights and develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Report performance-related financial results across various entities.
• Manage forecasting and ensure validation and reporting for specific processes.
• Collaborate with business owners to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Present findings to the CFO for approval.
• Oversee control and sign-off processes, managing presentation and management reports.
