💡 Responsibilities

Track and manage spending across the organization’s for-profit, non-profit, and PAC entities.
Serve as a financial integrator between the 3 CER departments (Political, Recruitment, and Candidate Success), organizational leadership, and key vendors.
Work with ED, CER to operationalize the planning and execution of key programs and initiatives.
Closely collaborate with our outside compliance firm and in-house attorney to track and manage multi-entity c4 and electoral spending and reporting.
Operationalize Movement Labs’ ability to raise and spend money to execute a local, state, and federal independent expenditure program.
Ensure adherence to campaign finance laws and regulations
Create and manage client (state counties and candidates) portal which holds educational, training, and financial materials that set clients up for success.
Act as a liaison and problem solver between clients, compliance firm, and legal team.
