- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a people operations role.
- Demonstrated experience applying knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and driving compliance.
- Working knowledge of modern compensation best practices, including salary benchmarking and equity management.
- Familiarity with extracting, cleaning, aggregating, and visualizing data for insights and recommendations.
- Ability to develop unique employee experience programs to enhance engagement and retention.
- Experience working in a remote-first startup environment.
- Lead our onboarding and offboarding programs focusing on backend processes and employee experiences, providing quarterly insights.
- Manage and enhance workflows and internal reporting within HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Oversee payroll processing in partnership with accounting and manage the vendor relationship.
- Collaborate with the DEI Committee to support company-wide programs.
- Drive employee swag programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding people practices, including multi-state compliance for employees and contractors.
- Contribute to internal compensation processes, including salary band reviews and adjustments.
- Work with Marketing to maintain the employer branding program.
