Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading product strategy and managing product teams.
• 12+ years in biopharma or pharma manufacturing with experience in IIoT systems, Statistical Process Control, process automation, continuous process validation (CPV), AI/ML, predictive analysis, and Knowledge management system.
• Expertise in AI-driven analytics and machine learning models for real-time control and optimization.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strong experience guiding Product Managers and Product Owners through strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with market-driven ideas.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Co-manage the structured idea intake process, ensuring all potential features are evaluated.
• Engage continuously with customers to refine product features and maintain a competitive edge.
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Work closely with the Growth Product Manager to support the go-to-market strategy and ensure product readiness.
