Requirements:
  • Degree in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, or an equivalent scientific qualification.
  • Multiple years of strategic selling experience in a B2B sales environment within a matrix organization.
  • Prior experience and solid track record in a sales role in medical business.
  • Requires experience in leadership in sales management, opportunity assessment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend scientific applications / markets and expert in sales growth processes (Funnel Management).
  • Fluently German and English language skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local business strategy according with EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth and significant share win based on a deep understanding of local market dynamics, future trends and competitive landscape.
  • Research and identify opportunities in line with strategic directives in order to generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold.
  • Defining yearly growth targets to Account Managers and/or Indirect Partners, reporting monthly revenues and potential gaps vs. targets and support close gap actions in order to maximize business.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis and provide transparent feedback to upper management and Business Units.
  • Generate and develop sales and solutions awareness through customer visits & solutions information, customer consultancies & workshops. Operate as a lead point of contact for the customer.
  • Actively drive new product introduction on assigned area in collaborations with the Market Development department and Marketing teams to maximize revenue.
  • Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, implement daily work and standard management on funnel management and forecasting.
