Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales within a SaaS company (as a Sales/Business Development Representative).
• Deep understanding of the SaaS space and a hunger to learn more.
• Confidence on the phone with the ability to quickly connect with people.
• Social media savvy – you live and breathe social media every day.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Start your day with a team sales stand-up where we check in and celebrate wins.
• Check and respond to sales enquiries from various channels: calls, SMS, emails, and sales tickets.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to create new sales opportunities for Account Executives.
• Proactively communicate and provide support to drive sales opportunities across the finish line.
• Identify, qualify, and pass sales opportunities to the next step in the sales process, boosting the sales pipeline and helping the team win.
