Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, leadership experience supporting ctos or senior executives, knowledge of healthcare industry and technology landscape, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, data analysis and project management expertise, experience in budget planning and resource management, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the chief technology officer in strategic planning, optimize operational processes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manage budget and resources, track and report on technology initiatives, and assist with talent management
  • Additionally, perform general administrative duties for the cto.
