Requirements:

• Licensed nurse (compact state license preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Creative problem-solving with a results-driven mindset.
• Quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably telemedicine.
• Comfortable with technology platforms (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
• Effective and compassionate communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communications between patients and doctors and documentation, such as medical referrals.
• Work with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on patient requests related to physician tasks.
• Provide clinical feedback on inquiries about medication, lab results, and side effects.
• Support physicians in resolving patient care issues in a timely manner.
• Follow protocols while seeking improvements in operational processes.
• Take on additional clinical projects as necessary.
