- 3+ years of work with M365 Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Experience with requirements analysis and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- SharePoint Online site design experience is a plus
- Design and implementation of business process workflows
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field
- Provide support for business users on enterprise level business applications (Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, GP, etc.)
- Plan and organize enhancement and upgrade projects
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Quantify results and impacts on key performance indicators
