Requirements:

• 3-5 years of successful hands-on client strategy experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience leading meetings and presenting performance data to clients.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Mastery in time management and juggling multiple tasks.
• Experienced with project management systems such as Asana, Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp.
• Genuine interest and industry knowledge in e-commerce, advertising, and agency space.
• Creative problem-solving skills and readiness to troubleshoot.
• Passion for continuous learning in digital advertising and marketing.
• Understanding of remote work etiquette and digital collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a marketing & e-commerce strategic advisor for 5-8 clients.
• Manage account and client success and understand how to drive results for e-commerce brands.
• Provide connectivity between channels to ensure communication and consistency.
• Lead all client account meetings and build strong rapport with stakeholders.
• Communicate teams capabilities and offer proactive solutions for client issues.
• Liaise with internal and external teams on marketing strategies and reporting.
• Ensure integration of all marketing channels through cross-channel collaboration.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls explaining business impacts.
