Requirements:

• Bring strong manual and automated testing experience in complex systems.
• Experience in test automation skills and knowledge of automated test tools for mobile and web applications.
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end QA/testing processes, documenting them effectively, and driving continuous improvement.
• Possess the ability to provide detailed defect metrics and suggest strategies to enhance quality.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineers on testing features and advocating for QA processes.
• Skilled in using test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or PractiTest, with essential experience in Jira and familiarity with source code management tools like GitLab.
• Cross-browser testing experience.
• Experience in validating APIs using tools like Postman.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures in collaboration with Masabi's end-to-end testing team and Launch Operations functions for new feature releases.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for the Justride platform and related technology partners, working closely with internal testing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering delivery teams to tailor documentation and test plans to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct testing phases such as User Acceptance Test and report defects and requirements' suitability to customers, engineering, and deployment services team leads.
• Verify and document outputs from all testing phases, supporting launch readiness decisions.
• Work closely with product management to understand new features and translate them into test use cases for customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with Masabi Launch Operations for post-release testing, customer feedback, and defect communication.
