Requirements:
  • 5-7 years in business development, account executive, or partner management roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or data integration platforms like Informatica, SnapLogic, or Webmethods.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with Salesforce teams or experience with Manufacturing, HAM/SAM/OT/SOM teams at ServiceNow.
  • Ability to present and explain solutions to various audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute on a business strategy prioritizing revenue growth and positive customer ratings.
  • Manage key relationships with partner AE, SE, and technical teams.
  • Carry a quota for Leads and Opportunities by working closely with partners.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Salesforce and ServiceNow, as well as systems integrators.
  • Monitor and communicate business development to ensure corporate goals are met.
  • Collaborate with sales team to close new business through partnerships.
  • Partner with marketing to drive brand recognition.
  • Conduct industry research for effective sales solutions.
  • Review sales contracts for compliance.
  • Attend key summits and trade shows.
  • Update ServiceNow counterparts on sales activities.
  • Maintain channel communications and identify new leads from partners.
