Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Manager or Technical Projects leader.
• Experience in coordinating technical solutions with third party vendors.
• Knowledge of public/private blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, node.js, and Rust is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Docker for virtualization.
• Experience with Git, SDLC, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus algorithms and smart contracts.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain delivery documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions to customers and partners.
• Engage with customers and partners to support technical solutions related to Midnight’s architecture.
• Create tailored technology solutions that meet business needs and comply with strategic guidance.
• Assist in developing account and partner strategies, including technical proposals and sales activities.
• Oversee technical solutions execution, including requirements, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with Developer Relations, Product Owners, and product & engineering teams.
• Track project progress and implement risk management strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
