Requirements:

• Fluency in English and native Arabic is required; excellent written and oral communication is essential.
• Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, ideally in a tour operator or travel agency.
• Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Advise our customers - Premium Cardholders - on travel requests via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic.
• Design and prepare tailor-made offers including travel documents, obtaining visas, and making reservations.
• Cross-sell lifestyle services for travel inquiries and maintain up-to-date records for members.
• Conduct research and represent the company, promoting concierge values.
